It's only been a week but it feels like a year, right? I understand. I feel for you. Come back Wednesday for a special Christmas EJake, then fan art (of which I've only received 5 entries, one for each day, I guess, but well of the norm, only two days left to get it in (I’ll take anything, though, during the week too) so even if I can't get it together, you should :) ) So, after the fan week there will be no new strips until Thursday, Jan. 9th, which is when I kind of re launch with the daily strips. Christmas season in retail land is really tough this year, tougher than any I've ever worked (and after working in a movie theater and EB, that's saying something). Maybe because this job I'm putting a lot into, not that my whole life is going to be with the store, but if I don't start making money off comics soon I need a back-up, and while retail management isn't what I always thought I'd be doing, it's a decent company and they pay me more than nothing, which I do Everything Jake for. I know it's been tough and when I started the comic it was solid for almost two years, and it's something I chose to do myself and something I love doing, its killing me not having the mental energy to tell everyone what happens next. But next will come, and if you decide you simply cannot wait for it, and pursue other means of free entertainment, then I'm sorry to see you go, don't let the door hit you on the ass on the way out.
